Processing Time
All orders are processed & dispatched from our UK factory.
- In-stock items are usually shipped within 2 to 3 working days.
- During busy periods or product launches, please allow up to 5 working days.
- If your order includes made-to-order or pre-order items, the expected dispatch time will be stated on the product page.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
We offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.50 : usually arrives within 2 to 4 working days.
Orders over £50 qualify for FREE Standard Delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
- Europe & Rest of World (Royal Mail International) £12.00 : delivery usually within 5–10 working days.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
