Returns, Replacements & Refunds …Simple & Honest!

We want you to be completely happy with your Ella Bodi purchase. If something’s not quite right, maybe it’s damaged, not what you expected or just not the perfect fit, simply return it unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days.

Let us know whether you’d like a replacement or a refund and we’ll take care of the rest.

Because we believe in honesty & quality, we’re confident you’ll love our garments but if there’s ever a manufacturing fault that appears within a reasonable time of purchase, we’ll make it right. In these cases our team will review & approve any replacement or refund.

A few quick notes :

  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging for a refund, unless faulty.
  • We recommend using recorded delivery for returns, just to be safe as we can’t accept responsibility for parcels lost on the way back to us.
  • We’re unable to refund return or original postage costs, but any replacement items are sent out free of charge.

Our aim is to keep things fair, simple & stress free because great lingerie should always come with great service.
