UK Mainland Delivery

Deliveries within mainland UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour post and we endeavour to deliver orders within 2 / 3 working days.

Alternative Delivery Addresses

You can opt to have your order delivered to an alternative address, other than the billing address, during the checkout process.

International Deliveries

International orders are generally delivered within 7 to 10 days but may be subject to local customs delays beyond our control.

Please note that you’ll need to accept responsibility for any local import duties, local taxes & for ensuring your purchases adhere to import laws within your own country.

Unfortunately, we don't deliver to Thailand, Mexico, Indonesia, Romania, Nigeria, Vietnam, or Russia as a general rule. However if you are interested in purchasing from Ella Bodi and live in one of these countries we are able to ship to you so long as you accept responsibility for any loss in transit, import costs & can consent to this in writing.

Split Deliveries

Our primary aim is to make sure you receive all your items as quickly as possible and as part of one single shipment, however occasionally we will part ship, if a particular product isn't immediately available.
